1. First contact

Our first contact with a new customer is for an important moment for us, when we lay the foundations for building a long-lasting relationship. Our relationship with our customers is the key to developing an excellent product: we are always pleased to invite you to visit our company and meet us in person. During our meeting, we listen and take your requests and needs on board in order to develop your project. Our advice for design and technical drawing is the added value we deliver to all our customers: our experience in the sector and our knowhow acquired over the years are our strengths.

2. Proposal draw-up

Based on the data shared during our initial meeting, we draw up a proposal presenting the project’s key points and how it should be developed: objectives, timescale, solutions. This is the most creative phase, during which ideas emerge for design lines and customisation.

3. Project approval

Once the project is approved, the work passes into the hands of our draftsmen and designers: creativity teams up with technology and innovation. Our technical office produces an initial rendering to give the idea substance.

4. Sampling and testing

With the technical project we lay down the guidelines for a working sample of the requested products. The purpose of sampling is to turn the customer's initial idea into something tangible and to assess possible customisation before final approval. Prototyping allows us to detect the strengths and weaknesses of the product and modify it where necessary before moving on to production. Testing with specific machinery is useful for checking the correct functioning of each component.

5. Definition of the details

We define the product finishes and final details with you and send the completed project into production. We aim to maintain high quality standards and choose the raw materials carefully from those available on the market when we start the production phase. We keep you updated on all the steps involved, staying in touch and involving you right up to the final stage of the project.

6. Your custom products

When your order of taps is ready, we entrust it to our reliable couriers. The final product, including packaging, is customised with your logo and name: the faucet line fits into your brand proposition.
