Our company was born out of our passion for the OEM tap market in the early 2000s, a passion that still guides every strategic, tactical, and technical decision we make in our production of taps “Made in Italy”. An understanding of the needs of the market that was taking shape around the tap, together with a tenacious motivated spirit, meant Roger managed to quickly develop and expand Garef. The company was consolidated, we increased our competitiveness, prioritised improving business processes and using new technologies.
We say it with satisfaction: the production of our taps takes place in Italy. We work with a chain of reliable Italian suppliers who respect the highest quality standards on the market. Every day, we strive to find innovative solutions for the design of original products that strike the right balance between aesthetics, technology, and high quality.
We target the B2B market with the aim of supplying our customers with a complete range of customised branded taps and bathroom accessories. As well as being present in Italy, we produce and export taps to Europe and Asia, and are open to branching into new markets.
Over the years, we have developed a solid production characterised by several basic lines in brass and steel: customers can take draw inspiration from these to request customisation, factor that makes us different from other companies on the market. We optimise our internal processes to work sustainably and reduce costs, waste, and time. When our customers visit us, we are pleased to take them into our production division where they can see the machines we work with and those we use for testing and calibrating our taps.
Every year, we invest in new assets that stimulate company growth and allow us to internalise different phases of our work: research, development, design, testing, and implementation.
